| With a stock driveshaft there should be no issues at all and should be plenty of clearance. If you are having issues there is some thing else not right. I have this set up on my own personal car. I also have the Nismo tranny mount. The only issue seems to be with aftermarket driveshafts that use larger diameter than stock shafts and then on top of that put the balancing weight right under the shifter. Not sure why they have to put them right in this spot but most do. With a large jolt (large bump in road, etc) the tranny mount may flex enough to allow the drive shaft to come up and the weight will hit the bottom of the shifter. I had this happem when I tried using a MWS driveshaft. My aluminum PowerTrain driveshaft never had any issues. This is one of the reasons I give the buyer the chance to try it out first before sending me his stock unit and payment.
